Also I would like to state that the book was very well packed and I received the book intact in 3 to 4 days’ time only.

Cancellation of orders by Customer
- Books – Customer can cancel the orders before it is shipped. You can place a request for cancellation using "My Account". 100% payment shall be refunded within 7-10 working days and the User shall be informed of the same by the Helpdesk.
- Gift Certificates – Gift certificates once purchased cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation of orders by VRVBookshop
VRVBookshop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. 100% payment shall be refunded within 7-10 working days and the User shall be informed of the same by the Helpdesk.
Replacement
VRVBookshop will take stringent measures to ensure that items delivered to the customers are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
- Books may be damaged during transit.
- Wrong Book is delivered to you.
In only such cases as given above, we will replace the Book(s) at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement of item is made within 15 working days of placing the order on our website. No replacements will be allowed for orders, except for the reasons given above.
To get a replacement, email us at care@vrvbookshop.com with your Order Number and the reason. Only after receiving our confirmation for the replacement, you are requested to send the Books. We will then arrange for the replacement through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible for any Book replacement without our confirmation.
There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement Books.
