Jill Dyche is a vice president with Baseline Consulting Group, a firm specializing in the implementation and analysis of customer databases. As vice president of Baseline's management consulting practice, Jill leads teams through front- and back-end reviews of strategic technology initiatives, including data warehousing, database marketing, and CRM planning and implementation. She is a frequent conference speaker and has authored numerous articles for leading industry magazines and technology journals. Her book e-Data (Addison-Wesley, 2000) has been published in four languages.
